Platform Usage

By accessing the dunia21 website or using any services provided by this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. To access the full range of dunia21 services, you are required to register a valid personal account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. This includes your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. dunia21 reserves the right to verify the information provided and may request additional documents for identity verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. You are required to notify dunia21 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Users of the dunia21 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, data scrapers, or other unauthorised methods to access or collect information from the platform.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes by any unauthorised means.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or using a false identity.
• Transferring account balances to other users through any means not authorised by the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure and, where necessary, further legal action.

All financial transactions on the dunia21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable currency exchange rates if they use a payment method in a foreign currency.

Deposits can be made via the payment methods available on the platform, including online bank transfers and supported e-wallets. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which may change from time to time. The platform reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the procedures set out by dunia21. Users are required to verify their identity before their first withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within one to three business days. The platform reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its financial compliance measures.

Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to individual wagering requirements as specified in the terms of each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been fully met.

Dunia21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for fraudulent activity, breach of the terms of use, or any activity that violates applicable law. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

To the extent permitted by law, dunia21 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the actual amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

All content on the dunia21 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written consent.

The dunia21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply any endorsement of or support for the content of those websites. dunia21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

The platform reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes.

These terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
